‘I choose to make my own paints from pigments and work on canvas using natural materials, gold leaf and raw pigments. I am interested in experimentation, mainly by multi layering a thin almost transparent layer of colour. The rhythm and visual depth achieved where the layers are more is the composition itself; ultimately the idea is to achieve maximum depth by adding and removing layers. The essence of my work is that it is unique from the very core of it and each colour is prepared specially.
