In Electric Garden, Lori Mirabelli constructs a dynamic abstract landscape through mixed media on canvas. Clusters of rounded forms in vivid blues, pinks, greens, and golden yellows gather across the lower portion, creating a sense of organic growth infused with contemporary energy.
The background of soft whites and pale greys provides contrast, allowing the saturated colours to vibrate against the surface. Fine linear marks and layered textures introduce movement and depth, while the interplay of matte and gestural passages enriches the composition. The palette feels both joyful and deliberate, balancing brightness with restraint.
This original work captures Mirabelli’s expressive abstract style—bold yet nuanced, playful yet intentional. Electric Garden is currently available for sale at Signet Contemporary Art and online.
