Candy Mix by Ian Bertolucci is an eye-catching original still life realism painting in oil on linen, combining hyper-realism, Pop Art aesthetics and playful contemporary design.
Featuring bear and cola jelly candies arranged in a precise repeated grid, the work transforms familiar sweets into a sophisticated and highly collectible contemporary still life. Bertolucci’s meticulous technique captures the distinctive shapes, glossy textures and vibrant colours of each candy, while the repetition creates a strong sense of rhythm, pattern and visual impact.
The playful subject matter evokes nostalgia and childhood memories, while the exceptional hyperrealist execution gives the painting a refined, contemporary edge. Measuring 80 × 80 cm, its bold square format and colourful palette make it an engaging statement artwork for modern interiors, private collections and design-led spaces.
Signed and ready to display, Candy Mix is ideal for collectors seeking original hyperrealist art, contemporary still life, Pop Art, food art, colourful paintings and distinctive collectible artwork.
