Teal Drift presents a serene waterside scene where reflections become just as important as the landscape itself. Created in acrylic on canvas, the painting focuses on the gentle interaction between water, foliage, and light. The loosely defined vegetation dissolves into shimmering reflections, creating an image that feels both familiar and dreamlike.
A sophisticated palette of teal, turquoise, soft blues, and fresh greens dominates the composition. Delicate touches of blush pink and cream emerge among the foliage, adding subtle warmth and visual rhythm. The reflective water surface captures these colours beautifully, creating a luminous effect that draws the eye across the painting.
Treasure’s contemporary impressionist style is evident in the expressive brushwork and layered textures that suggest rather than describe. The painting evokes the stillness of a hidden waterside retreat, inviting moments of quiet contemplation. Teal Drift is an original artwork executed in acrylic on canvas and is available for sale at Signet Contemporary Art Gallery and online.
